who require the data in order to carry out the application process.

email system or application form, they receive personal data only to the extent
necessary to provide the respective service.
Where legally required, appropriate data processing agreements are concluded.

Retention Period

If no employment relationship is established, application documents are generally deleted
no later than six months after completion of the application process,
unless statutory obligations or legitimate reasons require longer storage.

If an employment relationship is established, the data required for that relationship
is transferred to personnel administration and processed in accordance with the applicable
legal requirements.

Longer storage for possible future employment opportunities takes place only if you have
separately and voluntarily consented to such storage.


4. Application Form Using Forminator

We use the WordPress plugin Forminator to provide our application form.

The information entered into the form is processed on the server used for this website.
Files uploaded through the form, in particular application photos,
are also stored on the website server.

This processing is carried out solely for the technical provision and handling of the
application form and for the application process itself.


5. Contact via WhatsApp

Our website provides the option of contacting us via WhatsApp.

If you click the WhatsApp link, you leave our website and are redirected to WhatsApp.
From that point onwards, the privacy terms of WhatsApp also apply.

If you contact us through WhatsApp, we may process in particular your telephone number,
your WhatsApp name, your message and any content you voluntarily send to us.
